Hi everyone,
My name is Lara, and I'm excited to be part of the PlantOperator Forum community!
I run a nursery in Florida called Lara's Lillie's, where I care for over a thousand plants—including a wide variety of tropicals like Philodendrons, Monsteras, Hoyas, Syngoniums, and some succulents. I'm passionate about plant care, propagation, and creating beautiful backyard spaces, especially in Florida's unique climate.
I joined the forum to connect with like-minded folks, learn more about equipment and industry techniques, and share my experiences running a plant business. I'm especially interested in best practices for managing overgrowth (like the strangler fig that tried to take over my backyard!) and sustainable plant operations.
